1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WESTROW online store, including purchases, payments, shipping, refunds, and related services.

WESTROW is operated by Tamer Simsek, an individual trader established in Germany.

Our online store offers products exclusively to customers in the United States.

By accessing our website or placing an order, customers agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Orders and contract formation

When a customer places an order, the customer submits a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

The order is accepted when WESTROW confirms acceptance or dispatches the product, subject to applicable law.

WESTROW may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order.

Any payment collected for an order that is not accepted will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Prices and payments

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD).

Customers are responsible for reviewing the total price, applicable taxes, and any additional charges disclosed before completing checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout.

Payment processing is handled through the payment service providers integrated with our Shopify store.

WESTROW does not require customers to submit full payment card information by email.

7. Shipping and delivery

WESTROW uses third-party fulfillment partners located in China.

Products are shipped directly from China to customers in the United States.

Our shipping conditions are:

Order processing: Within 48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Standard delivery: 8 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Standard shipping cost: Free.
Destination: United States only.

Delivery periods are calculated separately from order processing time.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

International shipping may be affected by carrier operations, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers will be informed of significant shipping delays when appropriate.

8. Customs duties and import charges

Products are shipped internationally from China.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other government-imposed import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are separate from WESTROW's free standard shipping service.

Charges may be assessed by the relevant customs authorities or authorized carriers.

Any applicable charges must comply with the laws and regulations governing importation into the United States.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, a cancellation may no longer be possible.

WESTROW provides a 30-day refund policy beginning on the date of delivery.

Eligible refund reasons include damaged or incorrect products, material discrepancies, customer dissatisfaction, and confirmed non-delivery.

Customers must contact customer support within the applicable refund period.

Physical product returns are not required for approved refunds. Once a refund is approved, the customer may keep or responsibly dispose of the item.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval and initiation.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights.

10. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and maintaining access to the contact email address used when ordering.

Customers should notify WESTROW promptly if they discover an error in their order details.

Customers must not engage in fraudulent payment disputes or knowingly submit false claims.

Nothing in this section restricts the right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable payment.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the WESTROW trading name, original website content, original written material, and other content owned by WESTROW are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

16. Governing law and disputes
